Do you sell ex-UK iPhones?+
Yes, and they are listed separately at iteystore.co.ke/ex-uk-iphones-kenya with the full price list published. Ex-UK units are imported used iPhones with 90% or better battery health and a 2-month warranty that does not cover the screen. Certified pre-owned devices on this page are a different line, taken in through trade-ins here in Kenya, and carry their own terms.
What does "Certified Pre-Owned" mean at iTey Store?+
Every unit is inspected in-house and graded Like New, Good, or Fair before it's listed. We photograph the exact physical device you'll receive — not a stock photo — and disclose its battery health up front.
Is the battery original, and is that disclosed?+
Battery health is shown as a percentage on every listing. If a battery has been replaced, the listing states whether it was replaced with a genuine Apple part.
What warranty comes with a certified pre-owned device?+
Every certified pre-owned device carries a 6-month warranty from iTey Store covering hardware faults from the date of purchase.
How many units of each listing are available?+
Each listing is one specific, unique device — not a restockable product. Once it's sold, that exact listing is gone; a similar device may be listed again in future at a different price depending on its condition.
How do I pay and get it delivered?+
