Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for business pricing?
No. Any company can request a quotation, even for a single device, and every order comes with an eTIMS VAT invoice in your company name.
Do you give bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more devices in one order get 2% off the devices. Accessories such as chargers, cables, cases and earphones are not discounted.
Do you accept LPOs?
Yes. We accept Local Purchase Orders, bank transfer and M-Pesa. Payment is made upfront before delivery; we don't offer credit terms.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every business order gets an eTIMS-compliant VAT invoice with your company name and KRA PIN.
Can you deliver and set up the devices?
Yes. We deliver countrywide and can set up every device, transfer data from your old ones, and install them at your offices.
Can we trade in our old company devices?
Yes. We value and buy back old company phones, laptops and tablets, and the amount comes off your new order.
