Our Story
iTey Store was founded by Betty Kirika in Nairobi in 2022 with a single mission: give Kenyan consumers access to the world's best technology at honest prices, with no grey-market compromises. Kenya's electronics market had a trust problem — counterfeit products, voided warranties, and resellers who disappeared after a sale. Betty built iTey Store to be the opposite of all that.
The showroom at Cookie House on Accra Road in the heart of Nairobi's Central Business District was chosen deliberately — so any customer can walk in, inspect a product in person, and leave confident they bought something genuine. Since opening, iTey Store has served thousands of Kenyan customers across Nairobi and nationwide, earning a 4.8 out of 5 rating from over 150 verified Google reviews.
