No other Kenyan store publishes its numbers — here are ours, updated September 2026. These are the values we pay toward your next device.
The conditions, in plain words:
- Battery health must be above 80% — we check it on the spot (Settings → Battery). At 80% or below, the listed price doesn’t apply and the phone is valued on inspection.
- Good condition required — no dents, no scratches, no cracks. Damaged units are valued separately at inspection.
- Final offer at physical inspection — iCloud signed out, valid ID, and we never commit to a price we can't honour.

What to Bring for Inspection
To complete your trade-in at our Nairobi store, please bring the following. Missing documents may delay or affect your offer.
National ID or Passport
Valid government-issued photo ID. Required for all trade-ins — no exceptions.
Purchase Receipt
Original receipt or M-Pesa/bank statement confirming you bought the device. Helps establish ownership and boosts your offer.
Unlocked Device
Device must be signed out of iCloud/Google account and factory reset, or ready for reset during inspection.
Original Box & Accessories
Original box, charger, and any included accessories. Not mandatory but improves your trade-in value.
We do not accept iCloud-locked, carrier-locked, or IMEI-blacklisted devices. Devices with no proof of ownership may be declined.
