Ex-UK iPhones in Kenya
Used iPhones imported from the United Kingdom, sold from our Nairobi CBD showroom. Every one carries 90% battery health or better, is unlocked for any Kenyan network, and has had its IMEI checked against the UK lost-and-stolen register before we put it on sale. From KSh 32,000, with every price published below.
90% battery or better
On every unit, with no exceptions. The percentage is printed on each listing and you can check it on the phone yourself before paying.
IMEI checked
Every unit is checked against the UK lost-and-stolen register before it goes on sale. A blacklisted phone still works on Safaricom — checking is the only way to know.
Unlocked, always
Works on Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom. We do not sell UK network-locked handsets.
2-month warranty
Covers hardware faults, honoured at the Nairobi CBD counter. The screen is not covered — said here rather than discovered later.

Ex-UK stock moves quickly and each phone is a single unit, so the page empties between arrivals. Tell us the model you want and we will message you when one lands — before it goes on the shelf.
Tell us what you're looking forHow to check any ex-UK iPhone before you pay
Two of these you can do yourself in the shop, whoever you are buying from. The third we have already done for you:
- Battery health. Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging. Below 85% and you are buying a replacement battery along with the phone.
- That it is not blacklisted. A phone reported lost or stolen in the UK is blocked there, but still works normally on Safaricom — so you cannot spot it by using it. We verify this on every unit before it goes on sale, so you do not have to.
- Network lock. Put your own Safaricom SIM in and make a call before money changes hands. A UK-locked phone will refuse it.
Questions people ask
What does ex-UK mean?
An ex-UK phone is a used iPhone that was originally sold in the United Kingdom and imported into Kenya. It is a second-hand device, not a new one. Ex-UK iPhones are usually well looked after because most UK handsets are bought on contract and replaced after two years, which is why they arrive in good condition and cost less than a new unit in Kenya.
What battery health do iTey Store's ex-UK iPhones have?
90% or above, on every single one. That is a hard rule and the system will not let a unit be listed below it. Battery health is shown on each listing, and you can verify it yourself on the phone under Settings, Battery, Battery Health & Charging before you pay.
How do I know an ex-UK iPhone is not stolen?
A phone reported lost or stolen in the UK is blacklisted there by its IMEI number. It will still work normally on Safaricom, so there is no way to spot it by using the phone. iTey Store verifies every ex-UK unit before it goes on sale — that check is part of why we sell them and most sellers simply do not mention it.
Are ex-UK iPhones network locked?
The ones iTey Store sells are not. A UK network-locked phone only works on that UK carrier's SIM and is useless in Kenya until unlocked, so we do not list them. Every ex-UK iPhone we sell is unlocked and works on Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom.
How much does an ex-UK iPhone cost in Kenya?
iTey Store publishes the full list. Prices start at KSh 32,000 for an iPhone 11 128GB and run to KSh 106,000 for an iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB, with every model and storage size in between shown on this page. Stock changes daily, so WhatsApp +254 727 415 589 to confirm a specific model is on the shelf before travelling to the showroom.
What warranty do I get on an ex-UK iPhone?
Two months from iTey Store on every ex-UK unit, covering hardware faults from the date of purchase. The screen is not covered — there is no screen warranty on any ex-UK unit, so check the display carefully before paying and we will help you check it. Apple's original manufacturer warranty has long expired on these imports, so iTey Store's own cover is what protects you, and it is honoured at the Nairobi CBD showroom.
Which ex-UK iPhone models does iTey Store stock?
iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max; iPhone 12, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max; iPhone 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max; iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max; and iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. Storage runs from 128GB to 512GB depending on the model. Ex-UK stock is iPhone only — iTey Store does not import ex-UK Samsung or Google Pixel devices.
Can I see the phone before I pay?
Yes. Walk into the showroom at Cookie House, Accra Road, 3rd Floor, Store 311, Nairobi CBD, Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM. Inspect the phone, check the battery health and the IMEI yourself, then pay over the counter if you are happy.
